kononnye episod bls dendam sbb time kt uia kne stay up wt report laa..asgmnet laa..prepare utk presentation laa..n worst is mase final exam..mmg brape jam je kot tdo...serve u right la anea..sape suh study last minute..x pasal2 terkial2 stay up utk habiskn notes..ngapal n phm konsep..ciri2 pembelajaran yg salah n factor leads 2 great failure n ketidak cemerlangan dlm study..huhh..

almost all my reading sources stated dat..adults should have enough sleep..about 7 to 8 hours per nite..as sleep keeps ur heart healthy, reduces stress, makes u more alert, bolsters ur memory and may help u lose weight..far most important is naps make u smarter..haha..ni penting btol sbb rase otak skg mmg lembap semcm jer..slow cam siput..

Allah swt pon dah ckp dlm Al-Quran yg Dia ciptakan mlm utk rehat n siang utk bekerja..so klu kte pon x ikut sunnatullah tu..mmg la x bgus utk kite sbb Allah knows better..

in the end.. Sleep duration is not the important one but the quality of sleep itself..tdo byk smpai pening kepale pon xleh gak..way too little pon clearly dangerous..
